From the City of Minneapolis:
The 2023 Folwell Residential Resurfacing project has gone through our Public Works committee to approve the designation to have a public hearing for assessment for this project.
The public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 1:30 pm at city hall, council chambers.
In advance of this public hearing, an informational meeting on this project and assessments is scheduled Wednesday, February 8, at 7:00 pm at Powderhorn Park - 3400 15th Ave S. This meeting will allow an opportunity to have a more personal one-on-one discussion with all affected property owners.
Letters will be mailed out to each individual property owner who will be assessed before the public hearing and before this meeting.
