Hear from former PPNA Board Member Rose Teng about the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding that Minneapolis is set to receive from the federal government, $271 million in total.

Minneapolis has already committed $101 million of its ARPA dollars through the amended 2021 budget. An additional $120 million will be spent as part of the 2022 budget, which the City Council and Mayor are working on now through December 2021. This leaves $50 million that hasn't been included in either the 2021 or 2022 budgets.

City staff created a city-wide survey to hear from residents about how the remaining recovery funds should be spent. Take the survey here, now through September 24!
