Brought to you by the Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) through a generous donation by the Valspar Corporation.
- Paint is intended to cover graffiti on exterior surfaces such as houses, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, garages and fences.
- Paint is available on a first come, first serve basis dependent on qualifications.
- The property must be located in the Powderhorn Park neighborhood.
- Submit this application as soon as possible to increase chances of receiving.
