How it Works:
We gather as neighbors and community members to help end hunger.
- Choose a bowl made by a neighborhood potter (In Multi-Purpose Room)
- Donate what you can for the bowl, soup, and bread
- Suggested donation for regular bowl: $20, but any donation is accepted and appreciated
- Suggested donation for kid’s bowl: $5, but any donation is accepted and appreciated
- In the gym have a meal of soup made by neighborhood volunteers and bread baked on site in the Turtle Oven or in the Sister’s Camelot bus
- Go home with a sense of community and an empty bowl as a reminder that there are bowls that need filling year-round
