Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration
The Martin Luther King Jr.Day Celebration at the Powderhorn Park Community Center celebrates the community for its diversity, creativity and artistically minded individuals and families from around the world.
Earth Day
Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association and the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board lead the Annual Earth Day Clean Up at Powderhorn Park. The Earth Day cleanup is both an educational opportunity and a way to foster community involvement in the environment.
July 4th Celebration
Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association and The Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board collaborate to put on the annual Fireworks Celebration at Powderhorn Park. There’s music, food and fun for the entire family.
Volunteer Recognition
The volunteer recognition acknowledges those who've been dedicated to the Powderhorn Park neighborhood and PPNA’s mission "to bring together the diverse population of the neighborhood to improve the physical, economic, cultural and housing environment for all."
PPNA Annual Meeting
Each September, PPNA holds an annual meeting to update the neighboorhood and elect new board members.
