Housing and Land Use Committee

The Housing and Land Use committee guides and supports the improvement of residential housing stock, streets, alleys and park lands of the neighborhood.

The committee meets every 3rd Thursday from 6:30-8:00 at the Park. We would love to see you there, but if you are unable to attend a meeting, we encourage you to take a look at the minutes of the meeting you missed. The current and past two years of minutes are posted below.

1) 6:30 Welcome and Introductions, approve minutes Oct 15,2009 meeting

2) 6:35 Report on PPNA Board actions on Housing and Land Use Committee recommendations - Shawne FitzGerald

Appointment of a subcommittee to be known as the PPNA Special Committee on Powderhorn Park that shall have the authority to consider and act on park-related issues affecting the Powderhorn Park neighborhood.  The Committee shall meet at least quarterly, meetings shall be open to the public, and all who live or work in Powderhorn Park are eligible for voting membership.  The Committee shall maintain attendance records and minutes of its meetings and shall report to the Housing and Land Use Committee and the PPNA Board of Directors at least quarterly.
