Home Repair Grants Available to Powderhorn Residents
The Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation, in partnership with the Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA), is offering an emergency home improvement grant to residents in the Powderhorn Park neighborhood through the Housing Resource Center – South. These grants can be used to help neighborhood residents make emergency repairs to their homes. Eligible work includes repairs, replacement or new construction that will improve the property or reduce long-term maintenance and energy costs.
– Available to homeowners and landlords;
– Property must be homesteaded and located in the Powderhorn Park neighborhood;
– This a grant up to $5,000 per household; and
– Limited to property owners at 50 percent AMI or less.
