Tabitha Montgomery, Executive Director .  Tabitha started at PPNA in August 2015.  Wearing the hats of a volunteer enthusiast and business management professional has brought Tabitha Montgomery to pivot her career toward non-profit leadership. As the new Executive Director for the Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association; she is ready to help advance the goals within the community. “Joining a dedicated and admired organization like PPNA affords me a unique opportunity to help harness the power of the neighborhood’s past in helping light the way for its future.”  Ms. Montgomery has a deep respect for mission oriented organizations which place people at the heart of programming. As the current President of the Board of Directors for Mixed Blood Theatre; this role constantly reminds her of the need to serve and engage a dynamic mix of constituents. This is also the lens she uses in executing her responsibilities as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association of Minnesota/North Dakota Chapter.  Given the importance of overseeing PPNA’s resources while championing community contributions and advocating for neighborhood advancements; her experience managing programs and departments within national for-profits like Macy’s, Best Buy and Deluxe provides a useful set of skills that will help her effectively serve as PPNA’s Executive Director.
